About Us

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Workboats Northern Australia commenced trading in October 2005 and prides itself on high quality Marine Construction and Maintenance service throughout Northern Australia and North Western Australia. Our goal is to deliver a safe, professional service, on time and within budget and with a minimum of fuss. We are an Australian Company with the head office based in Darwin, Northern Territory. Our vessel crews are carefully picked to ensure that they are multi-skilled.

Workboats Northern Australia currently employs 14 full time staff of which all but 3 are Workboat and Maintenance Crew, and another 14 casual personnel that are all Workboat and Maintenance Crew. We consider our Human Resources to be our most valued asset, and this dedicated bunch have helped WBNA to deliver positive outcomes to several small to medium sized projects across the North of Australia through 2007. In all cases, these projects have been completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Our Marine Crew also does a great job keeping our workboats in a neat and tidy state, and operationally ready to go around the clock. This is important to WBNA as, for example, we currently run a crew of 2 to 4 for 24 hours a day in Darwin Harbour caretaking illegal foreign fishing vessels for the Commonwealth Government.

In a nut shell, if you choose to contract WBNA to assist with, or carry out your project you will be contracting an organisation that always has the client's best interests at heart. WBNA and its employees pride themselves in their ability to deliver required outcomes by remaining flexible to the needs of the client and the project as it progresses through the different phases.
