Marine Logistics
Marine logistics support is an area that keeps WBNA busy throughout the year. As a part of ongoing contractual commitments WBNA carries out multiple logistics support activities some of which are as follows;

- Marine pick up, and disposal of quarantine waste to the appropriate certified organization from Australian Customs ACV’s and naval warships
- Marine pick up, and disposal of normal waste to the appropriate location from Australian Customs ACV’s and naval warships
- Marine removal and disposal of “Ghost Nets” from private and government organisations
- Marine delivery of fluids, equipment and dry/wet stores to passing vessels without the time to go alongside port infrastructure
- Marine crew and vessels to carry out marine caretaking of vessels and ships
- Tow of broken down vessels
WBNA are available 24 hours a day - seven days a week on Darwin Harbour and we can assist with projects that have to happen at short notice, as well as those projects that have a longer lead time for careful planning.
WBNA will continue to make itself available to prospective clients to carry out marine logistics support tasks, and we will look forward to being involved in the interesting and varied projects that generally come under this category of work.
WBNA supports the Australian Employment Covenant (AEC), an initiative aimed at securing 50,000 sustainable jobs for Indigenous Australians.
